Alex Weinstein is a Solana Beach resident who has been cooking since he was a small child.  Challah became one of his favorite things to bake over quarantine and he has perfected his recipe in the last few years.  In his business class he had an assignment to start his own business and Challahluyah was born!  Challahluyah is registered through the county of San Diego and is a Cottage Food Operation.
